The MPV’s impressive cross-country capabilities and high ground clearance enable the machine to operate under even the most difficult conditions regardless of whether the terrain is soft, steep or covered with water. The low centre of gravity and the wide tyres ensure maximum stability, safety, and low ground pressure. With a performance/weight ratio as high as 13.9 kW/t when empty and 5.38 kW/t when fully loaded, it has low fuel consumption which gives it a longer operational range and the ability to work more hours on a single tank of fuel.
The barrier system consists of a reel with up to 200 m barrier tube, a generator and a pump – complete with couplings and water hoses. The generator and pump are integrated in a rugged housing, which can be detached from the vehicle in a few seconds. The preparation of pumps and generator, roll out of water hoses, deployment of a section of 200 m barrier tube and attachment to couplings can be deployed by a trained team in a few minutes. The section can even be coupled to more sections creating a barrier of virtually indefinite length.
